Terms & Conditions
By booking an assessment or participating in training with Chaos K9, you agree to the following terms:
1. Assessment Requirement
All training programs begin with an assessment. The assessment is used to evaluate your dog, clarify goals, and determine the appropriate training plan. Recommendations and program structure are based on this evaluation. Completion of an assessment does not guarantee acceptance into a training program. In some cases, Chaos K9 may determine that it is not the right fit to move forward. The assessment is a standalone service and is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.
2. Scheduling & Attendance
Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement and are intended to occur at consistent, regular intervals.
Clients are expected to:
-
Arrive on time
-
Be prepared to participate
-
Provide reasonable availability for scheduling

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.
-
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited
-
Missed sessions or no-shows are forfeited
-
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior communication may be considered a no-show.
The Trainer reserves the right to decline excessive or repeated rescheduling requests in order to maintain program structure and effectiveness.
